Conference looks at party building activities in Hanoi

Hanoi Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai underlined the need for the city in the coming year to focus on addressing 118 issues of concerns to local citizens, including issues related to political security and social order. The secretary further briefed all party levels of the city on a number of policies related to party building within the city in the coming year.
