VTV.vn - On Monday morning, the Danang Department of Culture and Sports held a ceremony to receive two sculptures made from marble that will be featured in public spaces in the central coastal city.

The works are by Norwegian sculptor Oyvin Storbaekken and Vietnamese sculptor Pham Hong.

Storbaekken's sculpture, entitled "Sea wave", will be placed at the central intersection between Vo Van Kiet and Vo Nguyen Giap street, whereas Pham Hong's "A mother's milk", which symbolizes the motherland will be placed in a park on Tran Hung Dao street.

The works were sponsored as a gift to the city by the Da Nang Sculpture Foundation.
