BOT projects only implemented on new roads

VTV.vn - The Ministry of Transport has stopped implementing BOT projects on existing roads because of recent controversies.
The ministry will only call for investment for new roads to make sure that drivers have the option whether to pay BOT fees.
When a new project is carried out, public opinion will be taken into account and its influence on society will also be evaluated.
