Ancient tower excavated in Binh Dinh province

The tower is one of 14 tower ruins that remain from the Chăm culture, which existed in the area between the 2^nd and 15^th centuries AD. Archaeologists predict that the foundation of the Chà Rây tower was built between the 11^th and 12^th century.

So far, of the 14 tower ruins in Binh Dinh, Chà Rây is the the third to be excavated after Lai Nghi and Rừng Cấm.
