The event has drawn the attention of many book lovers. On display are more than 100 book titles varying from research to politics and laws. The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration have organised the event to promote more reading.
The book festival this year is showcasing the theme "Book Knowledge and Social Development." It also introduces books about knowledge, cultures, civilisations, socio-economic achievements, as well as technological and educational advances in Vietnam and the rest of the world.
Participants also get to meet authors so they can express their appreciation and share their opinions about the books they've read.
