45 years of French diplomatic ties

The two countries have shared history, culture and social affairs.

The 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the fifth anniversary of the strategic partnership between France and Vietnam this year is considered an important milestone to continue boosting comprehensive and effective co-operation in all areas.
