3 international airports to receive upgrades

VTV.vn - Vietnam's growing trade activity means increased pressure on international airports such á Cat Bi, Phu Bai and Chu Lai. Hence, the 3 operations will receive funding for upgrades to meet the growing demand which is worth 519 million USD.
80% of this capital comes from the Airports Corporation of Vietnam. The authorities plan to double Cat Bi's capacity to 4 million visitors per year. 2018 - 2021 will witness the construction of a new terminal, landing bay and lane system to increase its capacity to 8 million. Chu Lai and Phu Bai airports will begin expansion next year./.
