2017 dialogue on tax & customs

Many tax and customs policies confusing businesses were voiced and proposals by the business community were submitted to the Ministry of Finance during a dialogue on tax policies and customs procedures held this morning (Nov 27th) by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

According to VCCI, the Ministry of Finance has recently become one of the leading agencies in administrative reforms, which has created favorable conditions for businesses. However, changes in tax policies and customs procedures are sometimes too fast for businesses to update and observe. In addition, some policies are quite confusing. Therefore, it is quite necessary to make tax policies and customs procedures more specific and understandable.
